Our customers are very important to US, and we strive to provide the best customer service possible We want you to feel confident in your WORLD Hair and Skin purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
How returns works:
- Contact us first: Please reach out within 14 days of purchase so we can help determine the best next step. You can contact us through our Contact page or by emailing shop@world.ca.
- We’ll review your request: Each return is reviewed individually so we can offer the most thoughtful solution, whether that’s a return, exchange, or another option.
- Return instructions: If a return is approved, we’ll provide clear instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or an error occurred on our end. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, including orders that qualified for free shipping.
- Refunds & exchanges: Once your return is received, refunds are issued to the original form of payment or exchanges are processed within 7-10 days.
